Objectives are how we will measure the success of the marketing plan once it is implemented
Strategies address how objectives are to be achieved
Tactics are the specific actions, details, and activities that must occur in order for the strategy to succeed and the objective to be met
Objective 1 - Increase Participation: Get 40% more students to join wellness
activities by May 31, 2025. We will offer rewards, like discounts on fitness classes
and wellness workshops.

Strategy 1 - Start a referral program where current participants invite friends and get rewards,
like discounts. Organize fun events, like wellness fairs, to attract new students
Tactic 1 - Referral Rewards: Give a discount on the next wellness program fee to participants who refer a friend that joins the program. This will encourage current members to spread the word.

Tactic 2 - Organize quarterly wellness fairs with free wellness assessments, yoga classes, and smoothie samples. Promote these events on social media and in campus newsletters to attract more students and increase interest.
Objective 2 - Website Visits: Increase visits to the wellness program website by 50%
by December 31, 2024. We will improve the website for search engines and share
links on social media and in campus newsletters
Strategy 2 - Use popular wellness keywords on the website. Share fun content on social media
and send email newsletters with website links to get more visitors.
Tactic 1- SEO Content Integration: Add popular wellness-related keywords to the website and blog posts. Examples include "student wellness tips," "stress management for students," and "fitness on a budget" to help the website show up in search results.
-
Social Media & Email Campaigns: Post interesting content, like videos and infographics, on social media with links to the website. Also, include links to the website in monthly email newsletters sent to all students.

Objective 3 - Collect feedback from at least 100 participants about their experiences
in the wellness program by June 30, 2025, using online surveys to identify areas for
improvement and enhance future offerings
Strategy 3 - Create an easy online survey for participants after activities. Share the
survey on social media and offer a small prize, like a gift card, to get more responses
Tactic 1 - Post-Activity Surveys: Send a short survey right after each wellness program activity. The survey link will be shared through email and social media to encourage participants to give feedback.

Tactic 2 - Incentive for Responses: Offer a small reward, like a $10 campus dining gift card, for every 50 survey responses. This will motivate students to fill out the survey and share their feedback.
